The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant informs this Court that during the pendency of the application, the arrears towards tax liability were finally settled as per settlement accepted by the Respondent-Authorities. A certificate of settlement issued by the designated authority dated 10.05.2021 is handed over and the same is taken on record and marked 'X'.
