Petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the Mamlatdar of Tiswadi Taluka to dispose of the tenancy matter which was iled in the year 2000, the details of which are in prayer clause (a) to the petition, in a time bound manner. he proceedings are pending almost for twenty-four years. 2.
Learned AGA on instructions submits that the matter has been taken up by the Mamlatdar on day to day basis. After going through the petition and after hearing the learned counsel we ind it appropriate to direct that the proceedings pending before the Mamlatdar referred to in prayer clause 10th February, 2025

All contentions are kept open. It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits. 3.
