Mr. Faldessai, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the Respondents states that the investigation is almost completed. The statement is accepted. The Respondents are directed to file charge-sheet within four weeks from today.

2. In so far as the report of the CFSL, Hyderabad is concerned, the Respondents have already made a request to the Director, Central Forensic Science Laboratory vide letter dated 5th March, 2019, to submit a report which is not yet submitted. Such report can be relied upon by the Respondents at the time of filing the charge-sheet. The CFSL, Hyderabad is directed to submit the report to the Respondents within two weeks from the

WPCR/19/2019 date of communication of this order without fail.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

4. The parties as well as the CFSL, Hyderabad to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order. PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.
