This is an application for substituted service on the respondent nos.6, 7 and 8 and the unknown legal heirs of the deceased respondents no.3, 4 and 5. I do not find that the application can be entertained in so far as the latter part of the application i.e. unknown legal heirs of deceased respondent nos.3, 4 an 5 are concerned. However, the application is partly allowed, permitting the substituted service on the respondent nos.6, 7 and
