This is an application for condonation of delay of 25 days in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant No.4 on record. Appellant No.4 expired on 23.10.2022. The death certificate of Appellant No.4 is placed on record.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 25 days in filing the application is condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
