Mr. Kamat, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does not press the challenge to the transfer of the case as the transfer has already been given effect to. The only prayer is for expedited hearing of the case.

It appears that the case is pending since 2010 and not even charge is framed and the Application for release of the Bank Account by recalling the order of attachment of the Bank Account is also pending.

In such circumstances, the Petition is disposed of. The learned Magistrate shall proceed to hear and decide the case as expeditiously as possible. The Applications for release of Bank Account shall be decided, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the receipt hereof.
