Ms Asha Desai, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 seeks further time to file reply. 2.
Mr Rao, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that Civil Application No.36/2023 in WP/1006/2016, Civil Application No.7/2023 in WP/1105/2016 and Civil Application No.27/2013 in
WP/1088/2016, have been worked out as Respondents have already passed orders on the Show Cause Notices, which the Petitioners now tried to challenge by way of amendment. Mr Rao submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, the Authorities are restrained from enforcing such orders till the disposal of the writ petitions, though the Show Cause Notices have been disposed of.

Accordingly, Civil Application No. 36/2023 in WP/1006/2016, Civil Application No.7/2023 in WP/1105/2016 and Civil Application No.27/2013 in WP/1088/2016 stand disposed of. 4.
We post the Miscellaneous Civil Application No.322 of 2022 along with connected Miscellaneous Civil Applications for further consideration on 21.06.2024.
