2. This application is for withdrawal of the amount along with accrued interest, if any, which has been deposited by the State. The applicant has produced a Power of Attorney executed by the other claimants in her favour. The learned Additional Government Advocate has submitted that appropriate orders be passed. In such circumstances, the amount deposited and lying in this Court, be paid

MCA/136/2015 to the applicant, on verification of Power of Attorney as per the rules.
