Learned Counsel for the Applicant placed a memo on record along with the receipt showing that on 06.04.2024 the entire amount remaining has been deposited with the Society.

2. Mr. Ramaiya appearing for the Society admits that such a deposit is made.

3. For the reasons disclosed above, the substantive sentence awarded by the Trial Court is hereby suspended on the condition that the Applicant shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- 8th April, 2024

CRMA 32 of 2024 with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.

4. This Criminal Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
