After this matter was argued for some time, the learned Counsel for the parties proposed that this petition could be disposed of by treating this petition as a complaint to Respondent No.3 and the replies filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.5 and 6 could be treated as replies to this complaint.

The learned Advocate General states that the Deputy Town Planner, who granted the impugned technical clearance, will hear the 17th April 2023

17 WP-143-2023.doc Petitioners and Respondent Nos.5 and 6 and dispose of the Petitioners' complaint as expeditiously as possible and not later than two months from today.

The Deputy Town Planner must communicate his decision to the Petitioners and Respondent Nos.5 and 6 within this period of two months.

All contentions of all parties are left open. 5.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
