Coram:- C. V. BHADANG, J.
Date:- 2nd July 2018 P.C.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, as the petitioner intends to challenge the order dated 14.06.2018, by which, an application for regularisation filed by the petitioner, has been rejected. The learned Counsel for the petitioner also submits that there is yet another application filed for compounding on 31.01.2018, which is not yet decided by the Municipal Council. He submits that the petitioner intends to take recourse to appropriate remedy, insofar as that application is concerned. He requests for ad-interim relief, which is already operating, to be continued for a period of three weeks.
WP/306/2018
2. On hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. Ad-interim relief, already operating, shall continue for a period of three weeks. Needless to mention that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the claim for regularisation or compounding by the petitioner.
3. All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of the order.
