Heard Mr. Cedric Lobo, the Petitioner in person. 2.

The Petitioner in person is aggrieved by non-supply of the information sought for under the Right to Information Act and also non-imposition of penalty on the Officer for not furnishing such information.

3. We have gone through the Petition and also the original application made by the Petitioner in person, requesting the information under the Right to Information Act. Santosh 2 wp121-15dt15-11-17 2008 to 2011. This is a wide and far ranging inquiry. As per the Petitioner in person's own contention, the information sought for and needed by the Petitioner is specific. In the light of this position, this Court, by an Order dated 25 September 2017, had indicated that such a wide ranging application may not be entertained.

4. To put an end to the controversy and that the Petitioner's primary interest is to get the specific information about the particular property in view of his on going family dispute pending in the Courts, it will be therefore appropriate that the Petitioner in Person makes a fresh application under the Right to Information Act indicating specific particulars of the information sought for. The Petitioner in Person is agreeable to this course of action and states that such an application will be made within a period of two weeks to the Appropriate Authority. Upon receipt of such an application, the Appropriate Authority will decide it as per law, within a period of four weeks.
