Heard Mr. Chaitanya Prakash Padgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Sagar Rivonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. This is an application to recall the Order dated 29th October, 2015, whereby time was granted to the applicant/appellant to clear the office objections within the specific time. It is noted from the order that the applicant was not present on the said date. The Counsel appearing for the respondents was, however, present. It is pointed out by the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant that all the office

MCA/105/2017 objections will be cleared within one week from today.

3. Accepting such statement of the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant that all the office objections will be cleared within one week from today, the order dated 29th October, 2015 stands recalled, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to the respondents, as condition precedent.
