The Petitioner alleges contempt of our order dated 17th October, 2019 in Writ Petition No.910 of 2019. 3.

The Respondents have taken out a review petition, seeking review of our order dated 17 th October, 2019. Today itself, we have condoned the delay in institution of the review petition and further, we have posted the review petition on 17 th March, 2020 for further consideration.

According to us, it cannot be said that there is any intentional or willful disobedience of our directions. Certain issues have been raised in the review petition which, prima facie, require consideration.

Accordingly, for the present we are not inclined to entertain this Petition. The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Nutan D. Sardessai, J. M.S. Sonak, J.
