1. Heard Mr Kamat, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants and Mr Gauri Shankar, Power of Attorney holder for Respondent No. 1.

2. This is an application to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased Petitioner.

3. There is a delay of 65 days in filing this application. The delay has been sufficiently explained. The Legal Representatives of the Petitioner are already been brought on record before the Trial Court as stated by Mr Guauri Shankar.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed, and the Legal Representatives of the Petitioner are permitted to be brought on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a week from today. Mr Kamat submits that he will file Vakalatnama on behalf of the Legal Representatives of the Petitioner and will appear on behalf of them.

6. Mr Gauri Shankar points out that the suit is at the advanced stage, and he further states that no Writ Petition is maintainable. This point will be considered when the matter is taken up for admission on 30.07.2025.

7. Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that this petition can be tagged with WP No. 239/2020, WP No. 240/2020, WP No. 241/2020, WP No. 242/2020 and CRA No. 43/2019 and other connected matters.

8. Accordingly, this petition is directed to be tagged with WP No. 239/2020, WP No. 240/2020, WP No. 241/2020, WP No. 242/2020 and CRA No. 43/2019 and other connected matters, which is due to come up on 30.07.2025.
