Mr. De Sa, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition, with liberty to make a proper representation to the concerned Authorities and give the concerned Authorities some reasonable time to respond to the representation. He, however, submits that in case, the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to institute a Petition on the same issues raised in this petition.

2. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Petition with liberty as aforesaid.
