2. Mr. Diniz, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the suit itself is disposed of. Therefore, the Petitioner does not want to continue with the Petition. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has placed on record a copy of the Judgment in Regular Civil Suit no. 190 of 2010 from which it is seen that the suit is finally decided.
