After this matter was argued for sometime and as we were dictating the order to dismiss this MCA, Mr. Naik, learned Counsel for the applicants on basis of instructions from the applicants seeks leave to withdraw this application.

2. On instructions Mr. Naik also states that charge will positively be handed over to the Mamlatdar of Bardez today itself. He states that the applicants will report to the office of Mamlatdar of Bardez at Mapusa, Goa today at 4.30 p.m, This Statement is accepted.
