2. This is an application for speaking to the minutes to correct an error in the operative part of the order passed by this Court dated 21.1.2015 whereby in the directions at clauses (iii) and (iv) instead of words "The Respondent no.2", the words "The Petitioner" is to be recorded.

There is another error pointed out to suggest that in the direction

MCA/108/2015 at clause no.(iv) it should be clarified that the "masjid" referred to therein pertains to the "petitioner's masjid". Reference to the "voters" in the said order would also mean the members/voters of concerned petitioner's society.

3. Mr. S. S. Rebello, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr. V. Amonkar, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent no.3 have no objection.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, reference to words "The Respondent no.2" in directions at clauses No. (iii) and (iv) stand deleted and the words name of "The petitioner" shall be substituted. So also before the words Masjid in the direction at clause no.(iv) the word "Petitioner's" shall be added.

5. Word "Court" in direction at clause no. (v) is rectified as "count".

6. In direction at clause no.(iii) the word "finalise" shall be substituted by word "prepare"

7. Registry to carry out the said corrections.

8. Application stands disposed of.
