2. Considering the statements made in the Misc. Civil Application and the fact that sufficient cause has been shown, the delay is condoned, abatement if any is set aside, and leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant No.1.

3. The Misc. Civil Application is accordingly allowed.

4. Ms Fernandes states that necessary amendment will be carried out within two weeks.
