Andreza -22. This is an application for seeking extension of time as well as facility of instalments to pay the decretal amounts in terms of the orders made by this Court.

In fact, the amounts ought to have been deposited by 31.01.2020. However, Mr. Faldessai, learned Additional Government Advocate, has pointed out to the difficulties which prevented the Applicants from depositing the amounts. He pointed out that in fact four cheques in an amount of 10 Crores each had in fact been issued but could not be ₹ deposited and the same lapsed. He states that now he has one cheque of 10 Crores which he can deposit in the Registry by tomorrow i.e. ₹ 23.06.2021 itself. He submits that the balance amount will also be deposited in two equal monthly instalments in this Court. 4.

Accordingly, leave is granted to deposit 10 Crores latest by the end ₹ of this week and leave is also granted to deposit the balance amount by way of two equal monthly instalments.

Andreza -35. This makes that the second instalment will have to be deposited by 22.07.2021 and the third by 23.08.2021. The extension of time is granted to the aforesaid extent only.

It is made clear that in case of default, the interim order granted by this Court will stand vacated.

The applications seeking extension of time in all these matters are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
