The learned Mediator appointed by this Court by Order dated 30 August 2013 has submitted his report. He has reported that mediation has been successful. Consent terms which are annexed have been signed by the parties. The learned Counsel for the parties state that the proceeding be disposed off in terms of the consent terms which are already placed on record.
