Ms. Yadika Mandrekar, the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 makes a statement that the amounts will, positively, be deposited in this Court on or before 14th September 2022. She expresses apology on behalf of Respondent No.3 to whom she represents and explains that the delay was neither wilful nor intentional. She points out that the order of this Court was questioned by instituting an SLP which has since been dismissed.
