Heard Mr. Sunil Chauhan in person.

According to us, this miscellaneous civil application is not at all maintainable in a petition which is already disposed of. 3.

Since the petitioner was appearing in person we have shown him sufficient indulgence by not insisting upon the procedural requirements. However, we gather the impression that the petitioner is misusing this indulgence. All sorts of complaints which could have been sorted out at the level of the Labour Court 7th March 2022

14-MCA-39-22.DOC itself are now been sought to be agitated before this Court. This not at all permissible.

In any case, by way of yet another indulgence, we request the Labour Court to dispose of petitioner's application dated 10.01.2022 for authenticated copy of the Award dated 10.08.2021 within a period of 15 days from today. Mr. Chauhan states that he is not averse to payment of charges by depositing the same through a challan to be issued by the Labour Court office. Accordingly, the challan should be issued to the petitioner so that he can deposit the amount at the appropriate place for receipt of the authenticated copy.

Mr. G. Shetye, learned Additional Government Advocate states that the authenticated copy of this order will be communicated to the Labour Court.

This miscellaneous civil application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
