2. By this application, the applicants have prayed for condonation of delay of 67 days in filing Criminal Revision Application against the order dated 12/09/2014 passed by the learned Special Judge for C.B.I. in Sessions Case No. 4/2014.

3. Mr. Vaz, learned Special Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. However, there is no dispute that similar Criminal Revision Application filed by accused nos. 2, 3, 4, 9 and 21 against the same order dated 12/09/2014 has been already admitted.

4. In view of the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing Criminal Revision Application by the present applicants is condoned.

5. Let Stamp Number Main No. 414/2015 be registered as Criminal Revision Application.
