Mr. Siddesh Shet submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and would file his Wakalatnama in the Registry within a week from today. The Respondent No.2 duly served, absent. He otherwise submits that he has no objection to the condonation of delay.

2. i have examined the application. From the records it is found that there was a delay in collecting the file from the office of the Prosecutor and thereafter there was a subsequent delay in processing of the file on account of the transfer of the Officer concerned. The reasons set out in the application appear genuine and account for a sufficient cause for the condonation of delay.
