After this matter was argued for sometime, learned Counsel for the Petitioners upon instructions from the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition. with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. He states that the petitioners will resort to the remedy provided under the said Act without prejudice to their contentions that the provisions of the said Act in fact do not apply to the security offered by them.
