Heard Mr. E. Afonso, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants.

He submits that an amount of Rs.73,475/- i.e. 50% amount of the total amount deposited by the applicants was paid to the respondents and the balance 50% amount was invested in the Bank. He submits that the said balance amount along with accrued interest be ordered to be sent to the Reference Court in Execution Application No.124/2013.

In view of the above, the balance amount, if any, invested in the nationalized bank along with accrued interest, be forwarded to the

MCA/214/2014 District Court, Margao in Execution Application No.124/2013. The application stands disposed of.
