Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Government Advocate report to the Court that in view of the later developments in the matter, especially after this Court passed its order on 03.02.2021, nothing further survives in this petition. That is, the grievance raised in this Writ Petition to the extent that the respondent-authority should receive the draft Sale Deed for registration stands fulfilled. Of course, it is for the authorities to rule whether the document can be registered. Leaving that option open, I close this Writ Petition. DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU, J.
