This is an application for expediting hearing of Writ Petition No. 705 of 2015. The Petition has been admitted by this Court on 09.12.2015. It is the contention of the Petitioner that the applicant no.2 is a Senior Citizen, aged about 75 years.

2. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, prayer for expeditious 18th October, 2023

MCA 129 of 2023 hearing of the Petition can be granted.

ORDER

(i) MCA No. 129 of 2023 is allowed.

(ii) Hearing of Writ Petition no. 705 of 2015 is expedited. (iii) Petition may be added high on final hearing board commencing from 05.12.2023.

(iv) Application is disposed of.
