Mr Amonkar, learned Counsel appears for the petitioners and points out that the main relief in this petition is to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to dispose of petitioners' complaints/representations dated 24/08/2018 and 11/03/2019 within a time bound period. 2.

Mr. Pai, learned Counsel for the respondent No.2, on instructions, states that the petitioners' aforesaid complaints/representations will be disposed of by the Board within a period of 4 weeks from its constitution. He points out that the constitution of the new Board is in the offing and no 4th April, 2022

26 WP-68-2022.doc sooner the same takes place, the complaints/representations are disposed of in accord with law and on their own merits. This statement is accepted and the respondent No.2 is directed to act accordingly. The respondent No.2 should communicate its decision to the petitioners within a week from the date the same is taken.

Mr. H.D.Naik, learned Counsel for the respondent No.3, on instructions, states that the petitioners' aforesaid complaints/representations will be disposed of by the Board within a period of 4 weeks from its constitution. He points out that the constitution of the new Board is in the offing and no sooner the same takes place, the complaints/representations are disposed of in accord with law and on their own merits. This statement is accepted and the respondent No.3 is directed to act accordingly. The respondent No.3 should communicate its decision to the petitioners within a week from the date the same is taken.

By accepting the aforesaid statements, this petition is disposed of. 5.

All contentions of all the parties on merits are left open for determination by the Respondents No.2 and 3 for the first instance. 6.

The learned Counsel Mr.Pai and Mr. H. D. Naik state that the aforesaid statements have been made based on instructions which they have received from the parties whom they are representing. R.N. LADDHA, J.
