Heard Mr. Nadkarni, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A.N.S.Nadkarni, the learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

2. After hearing the matter for some time, Shri Yogesh Nadkarni, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the above petition with liberty to make appropriate application before the concerned Court raising the grievances in the above writ petition. The learned Advocate General submits that direction may be issued to the concerned Court for expeditious disposal in case such application is filed by the petitioner.

3. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The concerned Court is directed to dispose of any such application filed by the petitioner as early as possible, and in any event, within a period of 45 days of the date of filing of such application.
