Challenging the terms and conditions contained at page 151 and 152 of the Request for the Proposal issued by the respondent on 08/01/2018, the petitioner has filed this petition.
2. According to the petitioner, since the petitioner felt some ambiguity in the terms and conditions he sought clarifications from the respondents which according to the petitioner were not provided in time, in the circumstances he had to approach this Court.

3. During the course of hearing, the Officer of the respondents has clarified the terms and conditions to the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that so far as the conditions which are at paragraph nos.1 and 2 after the table at page 183 are concerned these conditions are in consonance with the other tender conditions more particularly mentioned at paragraph No.2.4 at page 109.
4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner is satisfied and he is clear about terms and conditions and is in a position to participate in the tender. He seeks leave to withdraw this petition with a liberty to the petitioner to participate in the tender process.
5. The prayer is accepted. In case if the petitioner uploads the bid today before 3.00p.m., the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.
6. Petition is disposed off accordingly.
