1. The application seek condonation of delay of 33 days in filing the First Appeal.

2. Heard learned Counsel Mr Ryan Menezes, for the applicant and perused the application.

The Appeal being filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.11.2022 dismissing the Civil Suit No.45/2015 filed by the Appellant. The paragraphs 6 onwards, on the application, have set out the reasons why the Appeal could not be filed within the period of limitation, and since I find the reasons to be bonafide, I deem it appropriate to grant the application by condoning the delay of 33 days. 17th October, 2025

MCA 84 of 2024 Miscellaneous Civil Application No.84/2024 is made absolute in terms of its prayer.
