By consent, Mr. Manish Salkar, Advocate of this Court is appointed as the sole Arbitrator. All disputes between the parties arising out of the Deed of Partnership dated 18th October 2014 are referred to the sole arbitrator for adjudication. 2.

In order to save time in arbitration, the following directions are passed by consent:

(a) The venue of the arbitration shall be as per the convenience of the Arbitrator.

(b) The parties shall appear before the arbitrator on 14th September 2017 at 4.20 pm.
