We also issue notice to Respondent no.2 and permit its service upon the Commissioner by Humdast. Affidavit of service to be filed. 4.

Mr. Noronha, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant in Misc. Civil Application No. 81 of 2024. The Applicant seeks intervention in this Petition.

The prayer for intervention is not opposed by Mr. Costa Frias or the learned Advocate General.

Accordingly, intervention is allowed. Misc. Civil Application No. 81 of 2024 is disposed of.
