The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition, with a request to expedite the suit.

2. The suit is of the year 2011 and is stated to be part heard, in which the evidence of respondent/defendant is underway.

3. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The learned Trial Court shall decide the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of one year from the date of the receipt of this order. Parties to co-operate for early disposal of the suit.
