Heard the learned counsel for the parties on M.C.A. No.96 of 2018.

2. On due consideration and keeping in view the order dated 10.01.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.171 of 2016, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (a) which reads as under :

MCA/96/2018 "Modify clause 9 of the Minutes of Order dated 03.05.2017 and extend the time mentioned in Clause 9 of the Minutes of Order from the second Sunday of February, 2018 to second Sunday of May, 2018 or up to such other date as this Hon'ble Court deems fit."

3. However, it is made clear that all contentions of the learned counsel for respondent no.1 raised in Writ Petition No.146 of 2018 are kept open.
