Despite specific direction given by the Court in the order dated 27th October, 2016 only one of the contemnors is present today. Shri Rodrigues, the learned Counsel for the respondent tenders an application for exemption of contemnors from appearance. The application is rejected. Stand over to 16th December, 2016 by way of an opportunity to the remaining three contemnors to remain present in the Court. It is made clear that if the contemnors do not remain present in the Court, a suitable action in law will be taken against them.
