2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has been retired with effect from 28.02.2017 but till date her retirement benefits are not paid.

3. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submits that earlier the petitioner's papers were not complete and therefore the retirement benefits could not be extended to her. He submits that now the papers are complete and the process of releasing retirement benefits has started. He states that the retirement benefits will be paid to the petitioner within a period

WP/187/2018 of one month from today.

4. In view of the aforesaid statement based on the instructions received by the learned Government Advocate from the concerned department of the respondent, recording the same the petition is disposed of.
