On 19.09.2025, none appeared for the parties. On 03.10.2025, again, none appeared for the parties. On 10.10.2025, Mr Kantak appeared for Respondent No.1, however, none appeared for the Petitioner. Today also Mr Kantak appeared for Respondent No.1 and none appeared for the Petitioner.

2. Considering that the Petitioner is consistently absent and the Writ Petition is pending since the years 2013, the matter is dismissed for 17th October, 2025
