This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Respondent State in the matter arising out of land acquisition proceedings.

2. The First Appeal no. 146 of 2002 filed by the State has already been dismissed on 20 February 2014. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the matter is not carried further.

3. Shri R. G. Ramani, learned Counsel for the Applicant

MCA/186/2018 submits that the amount be paid in terms of the shares as mentioned in para 5 of the application. He categorically submits that all the interested parties are applicants in this application and no interested party is left out.

4. The application is granted in terms of prayer clause (i) and (ii). In so far as prayer clause (iii) is concerned, needless to mention that applicants are at liberty to execute the decree, if so advised.
