The petitioner is challenging the order dated 27/12/2017, thereby permitting the respondent/ plaintiff to examine himself in support of his case, after he has examined his Power of Attorney.

2. Shri Bhobe, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that since after filing of the petition, the respondents have closed their case. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the event the respondents make an attempt to reopen the case, liberty be reserved for the petitioner to renew his request.
