Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant Ms. Collasso and learned Public Prosecutor Shri S.G. Bhobe for the Respondent. The present application is filed for modification of Condition No. (ii) in Bail Application No.LD-VC-BA-86-2020 by permitting the Petitioner to deposit cash of 25,000/- instead of solvent / surety. ₹

Accordingly, I pass the following order:- The condition no (ii) in order dated 22.12.2020 is hereby modified as under:- (ii) The Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their executing PR Bond of 25,000/- each and deposit 25,000/- in cash ₹ ₹ before learned Trial Judge towards surety. Application is disposed off accordingly.
