2. Mr. Menezes, based on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Trial Court seeking leave to amend the plaint and to challenge the Order which is impugned in this Petition or to 7th February, 2024

WP 770 of 2023 otherwise seek for any other relief that may be available under the law.

3. Accordingly, we grant leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty as prayed for. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
