Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. In furtherance of the order made on 24th January, 2020, the Hon'ble Justice N. A. Britto has filed disclosure statement as contemplated by Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The same is taken on record.

3. In terms of the order dated 24th January, 2020 and in the light of the disclosure statement now filed, the Hon'ble Justice N. A. Britto is appointed as sole Arbitrator in the matter upon the

AAR/11/2019 usual terms and conditions.

4. The application for appointment of Arbitrator is accordingly disposed of.
