It is submitted by Shri Menezes, the learned Counsel for the appellant that the appellant has already moved the Collector, to fix the date of hearing of the application, filed by him under Article 372-A of the Code of Communidade and in that view of the matter, on instructions, the learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
