The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that subsequent to the passing of the interim order dated 30.01.2025 of this Court, whereby the Applicant was, in the event of arrest, directed to be released on bail, on certain conditions imposed by this Court, the 11th August, 2025

37 WPCR 45-2025 Sessions Court has now granted the anticipatory bail to the Applicant vide order dated 27.05.2025.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, would still submit that the manner in which the Sessions Court granted ad interim bail to the Applicant vide its order dated 30.01.2025 without imposing any conditions therein or any reasons being cited for passing of the same would be contrary to the principles laid down in (i) State of Goa v. Mr Jit Arolkar (Stamp No. Main No.1794/2020) and (ii) Shri Gurbaksh Singh Sibbia and Ors. v. State of Punjab reported in (1980) 2 SCC 565.

The submissions otherwise may not be misplaced, however, the fact remains that now the Sessions Court has considered the application for anticipatory bail filed by the Applicant in detail and has proceeded to grant the Applicant anticipatory bail, imposing therein detailed conditions. In that view of the matter, no interference with the order dated 30.01.2025 would be called for, the submissions made, may be decided in an appropriate case. In view of the passing of the order dated 27.05.2025, the application stands disposed of. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
