2. By this application, the applicant has prayed for extension of time by four weeks to deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- as directed by order dated 17/12/2014.

3. The learned Counsel for the applicant has shown to this Court a cheque dated 20/03/2015 issued in favour of the applicant. In the interest of justice, the time to deposit the said amount of Rs.10,00,000/- before this Court is extended till 23/03/2015. It is

CRMA/41/2015 made clear that this shall be a last opportunity to the applicant to deposit the said amount before this Court and failing the same, the bail granted to the applicant would be likely to be cancelled.
