Mr Vernekar, learned Additional Government Advocate states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of case No.17/09/2008/Re-Survey/DC-II (9/ISLR/MAP/DEM/441/08) within a month from today in accordance with law and on its own merits after due compliance with principles of natural justice and fair play.
